REFUNDS
Refunds are not provided for services rendered. All efforts will be made to resolve any issues you may experience, however, due to the nature of services we are unable to provide refunds, Refunds are not provided for any deposits made towards services or products.

CANCELLATIONS
Privé Studio requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If 24 hours is not provided the 50% of the service will be due. If a deposit was paid and 24 hours notice is not provided any deposits paid will be forfeited and not transferred to a new appointment date and will not be refunded. If 24 hours notice is provided, no charges will be applied to your account and any deposits can be transferred to a new appointment time slot.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and not rebooked until paid.
